Recently Senator Villanueva inquired at the budget hearings about the DOLE Investigation Reports into POLO HK, involving Employeasy, former Labor Attache Jalilo Dela Torre, Polaris Tools, and other involved parties. DOLE seemingly acknowledged the existence of these reports but provided a defensive response and would not answer questions directly. Given such, it is requested that these DOLE Investigation Reports be released to the public to understand that decisions being made by DOLE and how it will affect OFWs.
