Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

Hi, DOLE recently placed former Labour Attache Jalilo Dela Torre under investigation as a result of him implementing improved services at POLO HK. DOLE has taken the position that he did not have the authority to do so. The DOLE report states that POLO HK also did not have the authority to enter into an agreement with Employeasy.

Given such, I am requesting a copy of the report or investigation order that would state MA. Nena G. German is also under investigation because according to DOLE, her actions were identical to Dela Torre's and therefore she should be placed under investigation.
