I would like to file a complaint against CONVERGE ICT Solutions, Inc. Around August 2020, I applied for internet connection with Converge with SS No. 08-1500839 as reference number. I already paid for the deposit and installation fee in the total amount of Five Thousand Pesos. Unfortunately, to this date, nobody from Converge has undertaken the installation despite repeated follow ups. This is very unacceptable since 3 months had been already given to them as understanding of the impaired mobility due to the pandemic. May this message reach your attention.
