Hi, I would like to ask for your assistance regarding the issue that we are having here at Arca South Taguig regarding internet installation. Ayala development barred other telcos from entering the property except from Globe because they own it. According to the installer of the internet this has been an ongoing issue since last year and because there is a scarcity of ports where they can connect the cables of the new tenants, they couldn’t do anything. He mentioned that this has been escalated many times to Globe but they are not doing something about it. We have also tried but to no avail.
