Good day!

I would like to request the following documents for a Development Studies class:

1. Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) of the the cities and municipalities of Pangasinan, especially the municipality of Umingan.

2. Budget allotment to the different barangays under the municipality of Umingan, especially Barangay Concepcion, San Juan, San Vicente, Luna Weste, Luna Este, and San Pablo.

3. Where does the budget allotment of these different barangays go to?
