Greetings! I am conducting research on the impact of Intergovernmental Transfer (i.e., IRA) on health outcomes. I already had data on provincial, city, and municipal IRA receipts from 1992 to 2018 but not barangays. May I request the same data on IRA receipts and timeline at the barangay level for said research. For your consideration.
