I refer to my letter of February 04, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for
Intermodal transportation terminal in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

I would like to request an information regarding to the proposed Transport Terminal in MRT San Jose Del Monte:
- who will handle the proposed transport terminal's construction?
- is there any progress to the proposed transport terminal ( Physical Planning, etc)?
- standard space requirement for the transport terminal
