Hi! I am requesting a copy of the Integrated Reorganization Plan under the administration of then President Ferdinand E. Marcos. If the entirety of the plan cannot be sent electronically, may I request only those related to civil service to be sent (specifically the Career Executive Service Board). A previous e-FOI request regarding the same file has been made and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines has referred the matter to the National Library of the Philippines. Thank you.
