Hi! I'm Dustin Kristofer Jordan, a 5th year BS - Architecture student from Lyceum of the Philippines - Cavite. I would like to get a copy of the feasibility study for the Integrated Luzon Railway Project that PPP prepared for DOTR. I hope to have a copy because I'm working on a thesis about Rail transportation, connecting Region 1, CAR Region, and Region 3. Respectfully, Dustin Kristofer Jordan

November 9, 2017 Dear Dustin Kristofer Jordan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 27, 2017 02:09:38 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Integrated Luzon Railway Project.
