Greetings from the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund)!
This refers to your eFOI request asking for the following:
1. Names of the Fund’s insurers for housing loans; and
2. The number of Pag-IBIG housing loan active borrowers.
In reply, may we inform you that Pag-IBIG Fund has the following insurers for housing loans:
1. Pioneer Insurance
2. Paramount Life & General Insurance
3. Sun Life – Grepa Financial
As to your second query, the cumulative number of Pag-IBIG housing loan take-outs is 693,710.145 as of June 2019. This data is available on the Pag-IBIG Fund website:
