Good Day! Regarding the insurance claim request of my father, Roden Bernales with #IC-897065558048. I made this account to give us information about the loyola educational plans and if they are still operating. My father Roden Bernales has two pending educational plans to claim that has been matured since 2016 for Emmanuel Bernales(me) and 2018 for my brother Brian Bernales. My father used to go in Manila during 2016 and 2017 which he have claimed a total 100,000php out of 200,000php for my college plan only. In 2018, my brother's college plan also matured and he tried to process the claim but unfortunately the reply was to follow up. His last contact in loyola was 2019 when he tried to claim for the both us brothers the reply was the same. When pandemic struck, my father didn't have any opportunity to go in Manila and follow up the claim and also he is in his senior age. I have to stop my education for my brother to pursue his, the information I could provide is the claim stub which has the benificiary name and contract number. The contact numbers they gave didn't work up to now. Yet the remaining amount to claim for my own college plan is 100,000php and for my brother is full which is 200,000php. We live in the province of Negros Occidental I wish to go Manila but I don't if I can get the claim I don't want to go home empty handed for the travel fares and food are expensive. Please help us.
