Good day, I saw this in a DBM procurement guide that they are looking for a provider for the administration of Psychometric Exams for DBM Applicants and Employees? Can we also do this in the ALL the LGUs? How? Can you give us a guide? Also, mental health is related to physical health. Can we institutionalize the yearly executive check up of LGU workforce? I believe setting up a better culture and value system(ethics, integrity and transparency) in the workforce can significantly impact the physical health of the workers. There are several studies supporting this and this needs looking into.
