I wish to raise concerns about agencies possibly enforcing loan acquisition from specific money lenders as a part of their process. These agencies are seemingly compelling applicants to take loans, with the loan amounts transferred directly to the agency, bypassing the applicant. Could you clarify if this enforced practice is lawful? If this is indeed illegal, your guidance on the possible enforcement actions an applicant can take would be appreciated.
