To whom it may concern, Good day. I would like to inquire regarding EASE/Tabang application no. 28134 of my daughter, Ada Rene Andres Tardeo. She was approved and granted for Tabang Program only. May 12, 2021 Dear Ms. Aubrey Ann Andres, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 12, 2021 10:11:23 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 4, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 3 on 03/25/2021 as qualified to the DOLE-TABANG. Your documents were endorsed to DOLE Regional Office-III on 04/05/2021 for the release of benefits. Follow up with DOLE Regional Office III or the nearest DOLE Provincial Office.
