Dear Sir/Madam: Good day po. I graduated Associate in Computer Technology (ACT) at Jose Rizal Memorial State University - Katipunan Campus in Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte on March 2004. I am applying for an overseas work and one of the requirements of the POEA is an authenticated DIPLOMA and TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS from CHED or DEPED. I am recently residing in Taytay, Rizal. Can I have my Diploma and Transcript of Records be authenticated by your office here in Manila? If yes, what will be the requirements? Thank you very much.
