Hi, This is to inquire for the step-by-step process, timetable and expected fees for the application of OCT in my name. Bought the lot with only tax dec as proof of ownership after confirming from NAMRIA that the lot is A&D (entire Isla Verde). Secured from the seller the originals of DOAS, CAR and CGT/DST/CertFee Receipts (transferred from his father to her). The classification is agricultural and I plan to convert it to residential once transferred. Is there a separate procedure for this? TIA.
