To Whom it may concern, I, Mark Bryan Alivio, an on-going Erasmus+ MSc in Flood Risk Management student, would like to ask some questions regarding extreme rainfall analysis carried out by PAGASA in the Philippines as part of the Flood Risk Regulations in the country. The questions are as follows: Which is the rainfall loss method accepted (infiltration)? Does it exist an official runoff threshold (or any other equivalent) map? (is it free?) Which models are accepted for official studies? Hoping for your immediate response. Thank you.
