Hi BIR, I'm seeking clear guidance on CGT and DST for preselling condo property transfers. The current guidelines are unclear and inconsistent. Key Questions: 1. Are preselling condo transfers subject to CGT and DST? 2. Are there exemptions? 3. Why do some DMCI Condo Pasalo transactions qualify for exemptions? What makes it exempted?
