Hello, I learned from recent news that DOST ist set to train 30K people on ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. It said that the program would run for three years, with a total budget of PHP50.84 million. It is dubbed as the "Sustainability Program for Data Science Reskilling, Training and Adoption" (SPARTA), this AI-capability building program will be done online 1. Are there guidelines already on who can apply? 2. When is the application period?
