Good morning Ma'am/Sir,
Ang tito ko po ay naging 3rd Engineer na ng mahabang panahon, may nag advice po sa kanya ngayon sa barko nya na pwedi e upgrade yong license nya. sense nasa manila ako, tinawagan nya ako para e clarify. At dahil pandemic po, minabuti ko nalang muna e enquire dito.
Ito po ang aming mga katanungan:
1. Meron po ba tayong upgrade from 3rd Engineer to 2nd Engineer?
2. Kung meron po, ano ano ang mga kailangan tulad ng sea service at iba pa.
3. Kung meron po, paano naman po ang processo.
Sana po ay matugunan ang aming tanong.
