Good Day Mam/ Sir, i would like to inquire regarding the grant of Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA).
1. If a PDL is charged for murder which is under in the category 2 of the heinous crime found in the revised manual of GCTA and he was convicted in a lesser offense of homicide and sentenced for imprisonment for 6 years to 8 years. Could his CPI and GCTA will be credited from the date of his detention to date of conviction?
I would like to clarify of this matter because in the page 27 of the 2019 revised manual for CPI and Time allowance states that they can earn CPI and time allowances.

Good morning po mam, inquire lang po sana ako regarding sa FOI request ko po. Regarding PDL charged under category 2 henious crimes and convicted into non-henious crimes. Kung pwd ba sila mka avail ng GCTA from the date of arrest?
