Good day! I would like to ask/inquire when it is possible to have funds for the approved T3 item, it was approved last September 6, 2021. Reclassified item per approved PAL as of August 12, 2022 from T1-T3 item number reflected based on NOSCA. I am hoping for your utmost positive action regarding this matter. Thank you. March 28, 2023 Dear ANNA RAMONA MARIONE CAMBAYA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 27, 2023 04:21:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Inquiry: Funds of the Approved Item. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. May we inform that the funds to cover reclassified teacher positions were comprehensively released to DepEd Regional Office IX. Only when said funds is exhausted will the DepEd and its operating units forward their request for additional funding to the DBM. To date, no special budget request was received by this office from Diplahan NHS to cover PS deficiency brought about by the reclassification of positions. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Director Vivienne V. Labastilla. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
