Good day! As Secretariat to the Task Force on Fees and Charges, the National Tax Research Center would like to ask the following from your agency: 1. Date of last revision of NDA's rate of fees in compliance with Administrative Order(AO) No. 31, series 2012. 2. Legal basis for the said imposition. 3. Any plan/s to revise the schedule of fees (increase, decrease, or retain)? Please state including the current status of revision, if any. 4.
