December 2, 2021 Dear Mr. Vincent Salva, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 01, 2021 07:34:06 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of DOLE-AKAP 2nd tranche.. As of date, there is NO INSTRUCTION from the National Government if there is an extension or 2nd Tranche for DOLE AKAP. Follow-up directly with DOLE Regional or DOLE Provincial Office nearest you. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
