Response to Request With regards to your query on the Online Foreign Travel Authority application, currently there is an ongoing site maintenance/upgrade and the webpage is unusable for the time being. As of now, LGU Officials seeking to apply for a Travel Authority are advised to submit a hard copy of the letter-request to the Bureau of Local Government Supervision of this Department for processing.
