i want to know that ,if there is a provision to approved a master plan/ development plan that the street lights are not included on the deliverable of a developer, ang pag kaka alam ko lahat ng subdivision at may mga steet light samantalang dito sa camella verra Metro north brgy. Bignay Valenzuela city ang sinasabi ng developer ay di raw kasama ang street lights sa kanila. nais ko rin ipabatid sa inyo n napakaraming problema po kinakaharap ang mga residente dito paungkol sa security (eg. madilim sa gabi, madalas na may pumapasok na magnanakaw kc nga sobra dilim, mga daang sira sira, drainaige)
