Hi, I would like to inquire about the travel ban imposed on DOST scholars. I am a DOST scholar who has already graduated from college but have not yet completed the return service. I am planning to have a short vacation abroad later this year. What are the requirements needed in order to have clearance to travel abroad? Thank you!
