Good day, I would like to inquire about the IRFs that is used to collect data about a police report. Is it a document that is covered under the FOI and if so, which sections of the document are considered non-identifying. Following up this question is, is it possible for a private citizen to obtain information of a recorded incident that recorded under the Incident Record Transaction Receipt. In kind regards, Joshua Emmanuel Sanchez, BS Computer Science, AdZU
Good day, Thank you for the response, as an additional inquiry, in terms of of the incident report forms, is the date, location and type of crime, which is found in part 1 of the IRF, considered public or private information? Kind regards, Joshua Emmanuel Sanchez, BS Computer Science, AdZU
