I would like to inquire about a registered owner of a Homestead Patent that brought by our grandfather May 18, 1949 through a Deed of Sale that it is stated that the lot is a Homestead Application #: 204807 with Homestead Patent # 48276. The lot is 492-B Cad 169 Nasipit Agusan del Norte with a survey symbol of Bsd-2210 / H-73583. The lot is in our possession for more that 70 years now and we would like to applying of OCT CENRO but it denied because LRA in certification state that the lot is subject for annotation to quote"Con Patent" 48276. I would like also a copy of document that support for
