Mag inquir sana ako at mag request ng indigent philhealt number ko kung active pa po ba..kung sakaling active pa po mag request po sana ako kasi nong lumuwas kame dito sa manila nanakaw po ang aking bag na nag lalaman ng document kasama doon ang aking mdr na indigent..gusto ko po sana magkaroon ng philhealth number para magamit sa pagpapacheck up sa aking dalawang anak na nagkakasakit sa probinsya lalo na ngayon sa panahon ng covid..sana ma aprobahan nyo ang aking request yan lang po makakatulong sa akin ngayon na nawalan ako ng trabaho dahil sa covid 19
