Good day to you!

I am a homeowner at Kelsey Hills Subdivision Muzon, SJDM Bulacan. I would like to inquire regarding members filling 2 SAC Forms for the SAP Benefits in our Baranggay.

Is it possible for a single family/person to fill up 2 or several SAC Forms from different Barangay? Apparently there are residents here in our Subdivision that filled up several SAC Forms in the hopes of getting the SAP Benefits. Some of them got the SAP benefit actually and we can't help but be skeptical about their eligibility.

Please enlighten us. Thank you.
