1. What is the difference of the situation in the jail facilities before and during the pandemic? 2. If an inmate is COVID positive, what is the next step after that? - If there is a quarantine facility: how many per room? 3. What is the system for visiting PDLs? What are the difference between (GCQ & MECQ) 4. How much does the government allot for the health and medical expenses per PDL Did this change during the pandemic? Did it increase or decrease? - Do the new essentials such as facemask, alcohol, and other sanitation needs be included in their medicine or utilities fund?
