Good day! I would like to ask for information on the New Clark City Project. The website seems to be under maintenance. Hope you can help me find information regarding the following:
> Development progress - developments from what was reported in the 2018 annual report, including status of various infrastructures, changes to the plans
> Financial information - budget, expense projections, expected revenue realization, financing needed, as well as investment needs opportunities for foreign entities
