Good day! I would like to ask for information on infrastructure developments in the country. Hope you can help me find the following information regarding the various infrastructure projects, including New Manila International Airport, railways systems (lrt & mrt extensions, subway), etc.
> Development progress - including status of various infrastructures, future plans
> Financial information - budget, expense projections, financing needed, as well as investment needs opportunities for foreign entities

I refer to my letter of Oct 11, 2019 02:14:41 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Information on Infrastructure Developments (New Manila International Airport, Railways Systems, etc).
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. To answer your questions:
1.) Please state from what school you are?
-> I am working in a consulting company.
2.) What is the purpose of the request, and to what extent you will use the information that you are requesting?
-> We are currently making an economic report, particularly in the infrastructure sector, for a client, . The information requested will be be summarized and and presented in this report. Part of the report is also determining possible investment opportunities in infrastructure sector here in the Philippines.
3.) May you also please indicate the specific projects you are referring to so we could identify the progress and status of these.
-> a.) I would like to request information particularly for the following:
i. New Manila Airport
ii. various LRT, MRT and PNR extension projects
iii. Metro Manila Subway
iv. new expressways and expressway extensions
b.) I would also like to confirm if there is any update on the items under DOTr in this IFP list by NEDA: http://www.neda.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/IFP-Matrix-by-Project-Milestones-as-of-July-2019.pdf
