After exausting court requests for an official order of bail from both the court the only document produced indicating the bail amount is that of a recommendation from the prosecutor who issued an information against detainee. The Marikina City Jail has used this recommendation from prosecutor to demand bail in form of cash at 36,000p and likewise has refused to accept surety until 1ST OR 2ND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. Detainee is entitled to bail either by cash or surety at anytime while confined if one has been set. I request document that sets bail amount and authorises restriction on Surety
