Feb. 28, 2019.
Purpose: To know more about the efforts being done by POEA to enhance its services to OFWs
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2016 - 02/28/2019
Tracking no: #POEA-748417753414
Hi, According to POEA's revised rules and regulations for landbased OFWs, one of the policy was to promote and support the establishment of a shared government information system on the overseas employment program, using a computer database to allow verification and freeflow of data exchanges. I would like to know: 1) Has there been any computerization project since 2016? 2) If there is, where can I find the documents related to the project? (I would like to understand it's scope, purpose, functionality) 3) If there is, when it is expected to go "live"?
