Good Day! i would like to inquire and clarify information about the following. 1) is the Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija a replacement for the Proposed Maximum Security Prison in the same site? or are they different/separate projects? 2) what is the capacity and how many people are boarding in the Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija for rehabilitation?
