I would like to obtain records, administrative orders, budgets, receipts, and expense/revenue records related to the "new website that Polo IT experts have developed".

According to The Sun Web and Labatt Dizon, a new POLO-HK website is being developed. Therefore, I would like to request:

1.) The developers/companies/units involved (intern or external);
2.) The administrative order or instruction to make this website;
3.) Public bidding processes and documents if third parties were involved.
4.) Expenses and budget of this system and expected launch date.

Dear Ms. Graciadas:

This refers to your query entitled: "Info on the new website that POLO IT experts have developed."

May we please refer you to the reply of POLO-Hong Kong Labor Attaché Melchor Dizon as follows:

1. There was no third party involved in this project. POLO only purchased a web hosting from one of the leading hosting providers available online "based on the agreement during the webinar with DOLE and ILO."

2. Its cost is less than USD300 and is being developed by our own staff who has IT knowledge designed to further improve the delivery of services to POLO clients.
