You request for a copy of Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for 2 consecutive years, of the following, viz: - Ernesto T. Managbanag - Michael P. Laplana Please be informed that your FOI request is partially approved. Your IPCR is now ready for pick-up at the Records Section, Administrative Division. As for the IPCR of Mr. Michael P. Laplana, it forms part of his 201 File and the same cannot be disclosed as defined in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
