Your request You asked how to apply for Indigent Philhealth Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) that may have the data you requested. Philhealth is government-owned and controlled corporation of the Philippines, attached to the Department of Health mandated to implement universal health coverage in the Philippines. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to Philhealth by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at (632) 84417442 or by email at [email protected] Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D.
