Dear Robert Escobido,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jun 02, 2022 11:12:54 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for INCREASE CAPACITY OF SPUG POWER PLANTS 2022-2026.
Response to Request
Kindly be informed that there is an ongoing project implementation of 2x100kW Capacity Addition for Agutaya DPP, which will be completed this year, 2022. On the other hand, Lubang and Ticao DPP have no Capacity addition program for FY 2022- 2026 yet, while waiting for the Competitive Selection Process (CSP) of the Electric Cooperatives (ECs). Rest assured that the capacity of the said NPC-SPUG Power Plants is sufficient to supply the load in their respective areas.
