I am in need a copy for my upcoming travel Internationally I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. August 31, 2023 Dear Ms. Lorenzo: I refer to my letter of Aug 31, 2023 01:29:13 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316. In order to identify or locate the requested information, we are seeking for further clarification specifically: 1. Did you have a Registered Business between the period/year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022? Or were you an Individual Earning on Purely Compensation Income from the period/year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022? 2. If Employed, kindly provide the Complete Name of your Employer/s, Employer’s TIN and Employer’s Registered Address for the period/year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022? 3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited period? For other concern, email [email protected] and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-631604023395, to respond. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 23, 2023 04:46:05 AM, your request will be closed.
