You requested for a copy of your Income Tax Returns for the years 2007 to 2009.
Response to your request:
After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the following reason:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have custody of the information you requested. It was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316. Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested.
