Hi, I would like to request my income tax return for the year 2017. I will be needing my TIN number that is on file and I need a copy of the document to submit to my bank.

Good day, I do not have any idea about the ITR forms that was filed since it was my former employer who did all the paperwork for us including the registration for my TIN Number. I am now living overseas so it is impossible for my go to the designated RDO. Is it possible that I just request what my TIN number is please? I really need it to open a peso account from overseas. This is the remaining requirement that is holding me off. I have attached my Philippine valid IDs that I have left and sent it to [email protected] Please advise. Thank you.
