Hi I would like to ask assistance for my request of copies of my Income Tax Return . I need it as supporting documents to my requirements for PR Australian Visa Application. November 27, 2020 Dear Ericson Berdos, I refer to my letter of Nov 24, 2020 01:38:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return. In order for us to work further on your request, kindly email us the TIN, complete business name and address of your employer from CY 2010 to 2020 for us to be able to properly endorse your request to the concerned Revenue District Office. Furthermore, please email us another valid ID containing your birthdate, signature, and photograph at [email protected], for validation purposes. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 19, 2021 02:47:54 AM, your request will be closed.
