Hi! I would like to request for my January-December 2022 ITR form. My husband is a permanent resident in the U.S.A. and my income tax return is necessary for him to file for his taxes there as having as his wife.
February 1, 2023 Dear Ms. Morales: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Income Tax Return. Response to your request We called your mobile number today, February 1, and apprised you the the BIR Form 2316 for Taxable Year 2022 is not yet filed by your former employer to the Revenue District Office (RDO). The RDO gets a hold of the said BIR Form upon submission of your employer on February 28, 2023. It is also noted, that you are supposed to file your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) since you have two (2) Employers for the Year 2022, you are likewise have to file your Annual Income Tax Return using BIR Form 1700 through eBIR Forms (Apps downloadable at the BIR website, www.bir.gov.ph), attached and consolidate your 2316 from the two (2) companies.
