Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my Income Tax Return From Nov 2016- December 2017. I will use this as a proof that I was employed in Autodrive that time. I need this as a requirement in applying for a Bachelor's Degree in ETEEAP program. They require a minimum years of experience to apply for the course, that's why I need this form. Hope you can send it asap, as the deadline of sending requirements is this coming June. Thank you

For verification and clarification, kindly provide additional information on the following: 1. Did you have a registered business between the period 2016-20171? Or were you an individual earning on purely compensation income from the period of 2016-2017? 2. If employed, kindly provide the name of your employer and registered address of your employer. 3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited periods?
