Dear Sir/Maam, We are conducting a study on household consumption of prepackaged foods as sources of industrial trans fatty acids and thereby, the related health risks that may be due to high consumption of food sources of trans fatty acids. The research will help formulate policies to reduce health risks the population may be exposed to. For sampling purposes, we need to categorize barangays by socio-economic/income category (low income and medium/high income category). Thank you and looking forward to a favorable reply. Ma.
