Good day! I would like to request for any document (report or press release or advisory) regarding the food poisoning incident that happened in Bohol in 2005 involving schoolchildren who ate cassava snack that was said to be contaminated with pesticide. This information will guide us in improving food safety control measures among lay people in the community.
