I have to get an incident report for my lost airpods in order to file a claim for my insurance. Is there any way you can helo me out? Here are the details: Earpods: Monster XKT13 Wireless Earbuds TWS Date lost: November 10, 2023 Where it was lost: South Triangle Market, Muzon, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan I was using the earpods while buying some things and I put it in my bag when I was at South Triangle. However when I went home, the earpods was nowhere to be found. I hope you can entertain my request. Thanks a lot!

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have of the information you have requested and not the proper unit/office where you can request incident report. However, you may wish to contact or we suggest to personally report the incident in the police station near the area where your belongings was lost because you may only request for an incident report in person and not applicable thru online.
